We deliver across Pakistan within 2-5 business days. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) are usually faster, at about 2-3 days.

Eye Power & Prescription

Can I order contact lenses with power (number)?
Yes. On any product page you select a Right Eye Power and Left Eye Power, from Plano (0.00) down to −8.00 in 0.25 steps. Choose Plano for cosmetic-only colour, or enter your prescription powers for vision correction. See our Eye Power Guide.

What's the difference between Plano and powered lenses?
Plano (0.00) lenses are purely cosmetic, they change your eye colour without correcting vision. Powered lenses do both: change colour and correct your vision.

How do I know my eye power?
Visit any optometrist for an eye test, then read your prescription. See our Eye Power Guide for how to read OD, OS and SPH.

Wear & Care

Returns & Issues

What's your return policy?
Unopened lenses can be returned within 7 days. Opened or used lenses can't be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy.

What if my lens is damaged on arrival?
Email us at eyevo280@gmail.com within 48 hours with a photo, and we'll replace it free of charge.
