We deliver colour contact lenses across Pakistan in 2-5 business days, for a flat Rs 200 (free over Rs 5,000), with Cash on Delivery available nationwide. Here's everything you need to know.
How long does delivery take in Pakistan?
Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. Major cities are fastest at 2-3 days, smaller cities and towns take 3-5 days, and remote areas can take up to 7.
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-3 business days
- Other cities & towns: 3-5 business days
- Remote areas: up to 7 business days
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat Rs 200 anywhere in Pakistan, and it's free on orders over Rs 5,000.
- Standard shipping: PKR 200 across Pakistan.
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
- Cash on Delivery handling fee: PKR 100 (waived for orders above PKR 5,000).
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Pay when your order reaches your door. A small COD handling fee applies and is waived on orders over Rs 5,000.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM PKT on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders after 4:00 PM are dispatched the next business day. We do not process or ship on Sundays and public holidays.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Failed Delivery
If our courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt re-delivery once. If the second attempt also fails, the order will be returned and a re-shipping fee will apply.
