Your satisfaction matters to us. Here's how returns and refunds work at Eyevo.

Can I return contact lenses?

Yes, unopened, sealed lens packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used lenses, custom-power lenses, and final-sale items can't be returned.

Not eligible for return

  • Opened or used contact lenses (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-power lenses ordered to your specific prescription
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery

What if my lenses arrive damaged?

If your lens arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at eyevo280@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

How are refunds paid?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
