Can I return contact lenses?
Yes, unopened, sealed lens packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in their original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene reasons, opened or used lenses, custom-power lenses, and final-sale items can't be returned.
Not eligible for return
- Opened or used contact lenses (hygiene reasons)
- Custom-power lenses ordered to your specific prescription
- Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery
What if my lenses arrive damaged?
If your lens arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at eyevo280@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using the address provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
How are refunds paid?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
