How violet lenses look on dark brown and black eyes

Violet is one of the colours that dark eyes can actually show. Purple sits far from brown on the colour wheel, so even on a black iris you see a tint of violet, mostly in daylight and in photos. Indoors the colour is deeper and moodier.

Do not expect the exact shade in the product photo on a very dark eye. The photo shows how it looks on a lighter eye. On dark eyes, Lavender Grey and Viola Grey look subtle, and Violet looks richer. Pick the stronger shade if you want people to notice.
